KraussMaffei makes its debut at CIIE

KraussMaffei Group, the global plastic and rubber equipment giant, made its debut at The 2nd China International Import Expo with the theme of "Pioneering Plastics". This exhibition is a new debut of KraussMaffei Group in China after it announced brand integration globally in July this year. It showed the Company's recent forward-looking ideas and future trends around "circular economy", "digital pioneer" and "new technologies".

Circular economy contributes to a sustainable future

In this exhibition, KraussMaffei brought the EdelWeiss compounding technology designed for circular economy and recycling applications, which aims to provide closed-loop solutions for recycling of plastics. The rated output of its production line is up to 6 tons/hour. Its main advantage is that recycled waste plastics can be compounded and then converted into end products with high quality, high efficiency and high stability. Meanwhile the cost-effectiveness can be improved, making recycled materials more attractive to recycling enterprises and plastics manufacturers.

Digital pioneers and intelligent device manufacturing enable the future of industry 4.0

At CIIE, KraussMaffei also introduced digital solutions such as DataXplorer, eService and eStore to help customers monitor production and maximize production efficiency.

The key to realize digitization lies in the integration and consolidation of machine data. DataXplorer provided by KraussMaffei for users is the central data collection point for all components in the production unit, including peripheral equipment and automation. It allows users to collect all the information needed for production monitoring and production process control and realize digitalization.

Signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Memorandum on the spot

As a subsidiary of CHEMCHINA, KraussMaffei attended the signing ceremony presided over by Ning Gaoning, the Secretary of the Party committee and the Chairman of CHEMCHINA on the afternoon of November 6.

At the site, KraussMaffei, Beijing New Energy Automotive Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. and Beijing Carbon Fiber Engineering Technology Research Center signed Tripartite Strategic Cooperation Framework Memorandum. In the future, the three parties will cooperate on "lightweight technology of composite material", establish an innovation technology center and build a technical cooperation platform to promote the progress and application of lightweight technology in new energy Automotive.
