KraussMaffei makes debut at DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo

KraussMaffei, a global-leading manufacturer of machines and systems for producing and processing of plastic and rubber, made its debut at the DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo 2020 on November 24 to 27. KraussMaffei exhibited brand-new solutions to industries which fully displayed its advantages of diversified market application.

With the fast-changing downstream markets, and the growing demands for product quality, KraussMaffei customized the injection molding equipment, application technology, and automation and digital solutions for customers in adaptation to the varying market demands.

Given characteristics of electronic products such as fast iteration, short cycle and high precision and stability requirements, KraussMaffei demonstrated the precision injection molding solution for 10.36” tablet LCD display cementite. Considering that the cementite features small injection volume, large mold and high efficiency, KraussMaffei presented a PXA electric injection molding machine with clamping force of 160t and injection unit of SP180 and related automation solutions in the DMP, which fully exhibits the advantages of one-stop solution for diversified applications and precision injection molding.

KraussMaffei showcased its innovative digital applications such as smartAssist and socialProduction, and introduced the e-Service WeChat platform covering the entire lifecycle of equipment and enabling intelligent and worry-free production.
